Terms and Conditions

By using our online booking system you agree to the following terms and conditions of use.

Not all appointment types are available through online bookings.  If you cannot find the type of appointment you require please contact the office during business hours where one of our friendly staff will be able to assist.

Where a mobile number has been supplied an automated computer generated SMS reminder will be sent 24hrs prior to your appointment for confirmation. If you fail to supply a contact number you will not receive a courtesy reminder text or call. 

Appointments made online cannot be rescheduled or cancelled via online portal.  If you need to reschedule or cancel your online booking, you must contact the office during business hours.  Likewise reschedules and cancellations should not be advised with an SMS.

Failure to advise of an online cancellation, appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours or failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will incur a cancellation fee.
